Vero Centre

When designing the Vero Centre, careful consideration was given to tenant needs, for functional efficiency and flexibility in their fitout design.

The result, a large 1,200m² column free floorplate with a centrally located lift and services core.  The dimension from the core walls to the perimeter glazing has been carefully defined using the workstation and office module as the units of measure, thereby minimising wasted space. The central core facilitates 360 degree views and maximises natural light while providing efficient circulation routes from one side of the building to the other.

The outcome for tenants is that their space planners can achieve ratios as low as 1 person per 10m²without compromising to comfort or amenity levels.
